JOB Description:
- Plan target together Group Account Director.
- Tasked to handle assigned accounts & projects under Group Account Director.
- Manage cost/budgeting/project time-line
- Build the teamwork spirit; make evaluations of performance of the staff monthly
- Plan to reach out and connect to our potential customers; build up specific strategies to gain and maintain the current customers
- Report routinely and non-routinely to the Group Account Director
- Co-operate with the Accounting and Finance Departments to follow up the account receivables.
- Responsible for day-to-day client servicing of assigned accounts & projects.
- With strategic, conceptual & implementation understanding of PR, Below the line (BTL) & Brand Activation, responsible for co-developing PR & BTL proposals in close coordination with direct superior given clear directions.
- Work with events and PR Unit to deliver client requirements on time
- Plan the effective internal estimate cost; manage staff & projects as well as cooperate with other Departments to ensure the quality of services provided to Clients
- Prepare marketing proposal & sell proposal to clients; Present proposals & ideas to clients with team support.
- Independently manages assigned projects on time & ensures the inter-departmental job flow. Managing the project well.
- Make presentations & press releases.
- Manage and check all implementation of the projects and employees.

Recruitment requirements:
1. From 26 years old and above
2. A Bachelor’s degree, priority in management, marketing and for graduating from business schools
3. Experience in advertising over 04 years
4. At least 01 year experience at equivalent position
5. Solid working experience in a reputable agency
6. Fluently in English and strong knowledge in related software
7. Strong communication, Self-confidence, innovation, and professional performance, Confident & persuasive presentation
8. Ability to work independently doing a variety of tasks and work effectively under high pressure situations
