IT (System Admin)

Ø Administers and supports computer & Network systems and should be able to solve end user problem /query
Ø Provide end-user technical solutions Documents network, Hardware, software, disaster recovery and system configurations
Ø Must have good experience in Retail Pro version 9
Ø Performs other duties and special projects as required
Ø Should be responsible for Day to bay backup procedure
Ø Co-ordinate with stores and give solutions whenever there is any problem
Ø Co-ordinate with Vendor for any hardware and software purchase
Ø Thorough knowledge of MS Windows OS and MS Office Suite
Ø Should have good command in English
Ø Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in IT position
Ø Ability to organize, prioritize the work for optimum efficiency
Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ø Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of Users and Stores well as with the outside vendors
Ø Very Good problem solving/debugging skills.
Ø Very Good Technical and mentoring skill.
Ø Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
Ø Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team player
